The company recommends turning an article into several derivative pieces distributed across social channels, video, and other platforms where customers already spend time, rather than letting it sit alone on a website waiting for zero-click searches to pass it by. This distribution approach helps a piece of content reach audiences that never search Google for the topic at all.
Distribution also matters for how AI platforms decide what to cite. LovedByAI's 2026 analysis of small business websites found that AI engines primarily cite deep topic pages or homepages, while blog and article pages account for only 3.3% of AI-referred visits on the median small business site. A post built only to rank in traditional search, without a deeper topic page behind it, is unlikely to earn AI citations that increasingly influence which businesses customers consider.
These findings reflect Profit Acuity's broader approach to content and marketing decisions. The company builds a 12-month revenue roadmap from more than 500 data points through its Precision Profit Plan, then deploys the tactics that data supports before committing further resources.
