March 6, 2018 - Welenco Stove Store will be carrying the new Smoke Pellet XL pellet-fired grills from Broil King.
The successful Broil King Grill Collection expands in 2018 with the new pellet-fired grills, which combine the convenience of gas grills with the smoking capabilities of charcoal grills. The Broil King Smoke Pellet Grills use wood pellets as both the heat and smoke source, so there is no need to worry about keeping two separate sets of fuel filled while doing longer smoke sessions.
The digital panel allows a home cook to easily and accurately get the smoker to the correct temperature. This model is also wifi-enabled, so the smoker can be set up, started, and then it doesn’t need a cook to return outside to monitor it. Simply by looking at the smart phone app, the temperature of the grill, the internal temperature of the meat, and how long is left in the smoke cycle can be checked. “Having a wifi-enabled grill has changed the way we cook at home,” says Todd Huffaker, owner of Welenco Stove Store. Todd, personally cooks for large groups all the time and says, “Knowing exactly what temperature the meat has reached is crucial to getting consistently great results with roasts, pork shoulders, and turkey.”
A durable steel bottom shelf adds storage options, and the removable steel front shelf with integrated tool hooks provides a convenient work area for the grilling enthusiast.
