The Transaction
Hampstead Advisory is pleased to announce the acquisition of Intertoll Europe, a portfolio company of Group Five, by a Lancaster Group ("Lancaster") led consortium (together with NuOrion Partners & Management). Hampstead Advisory acted as Joint Financial Advisor (together with Cantor Fitzgerald Europe) to Lancaster on this transaction.
Total deal value of €109m, with a financing package consisting of senior and mezzanine debt, underwritten by KommunalKredit Austria, who acted as Sole Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner & Underwriter.
