United States, 9th Feb 2023 – Breaking ground on the first NFT smart neighborhood in mid-2023, Thread.Money’s goal is to disrupt the real estate development world by dismantling the inefficiencies in current neighborhood design, development and finance. In turn, Thread.Money is granting access to this master-planned smart home residential community through NFT purchase. The community promises to allow for heightened work-life balance possibilities, healthier lifestyle and dining options, superior education opportunities and an overall better life for residents.
Thread.Money’s plans to replace old dilapidation with intelligent future-forward spaces, improving society by offering an alternative to traditional in-the-box neighborhood life. Thread.Money’s groundbreaking net-zero community will consist of 160 single-family smart homes, 350 apartments and condos and 30 commercial spaces. Planning to raise 3000 ETH, the pre-sale of Thread.Money NFT will begin on February 9th, 2023 and will offer buyers pre-membership access to the community. NFT holders will also be granted an opportunity to collaborate on the design of Thread.Money’s smart neighborhood through augmented reality meta-verse app.
