The Romanian water Aur'a enters the famous casinos in Macao as well as the famous 5-star hotels in Hong Kong, continuing to expand its presence on the Asian and European markets

Reopened after the pandemic, the famous casinos in Macao and the famous 5-star hotels in Hong Kong will have the Romanian water Aur’a on the tables. In parallel, Aur`a will reach the markets of Switzerland, Israel, Austria and Tenerife. The water is already present in some hotels and restaurants in the USA, France and the United Kingdom, the Aur’a Mineral Water company, which bottles Aur’a water, announces.

Although the coronavirus pandemic has delayed the expansion of the presence of Aur’a water on several markets in the world by a few months, things are getting back to normal, so that, from this summer, the Romanian water will be present on new markets.

The Aur’a water, awarded three stars in Brussels for the fifth consecutive year, comes from the Mountains of the Banat region, from Ocna de Fier, and is a premium product intended mainly for the HoReCa market in Romania and abroad.

‘The coronavirus pandemic took everyone by surprise, generated many changes and put many projects on hold. But slowly, things are back to normal, tourism is resuming and this summer brings us the opening of new important markets with great potential. These days we are producing for Switzerland, where Aur’a will soon arrive. We are waiting for everything to also return to normal in Macao and Hong Kong, where Aur’a water is going to reach the famous 5-star hotels and casinos. We made the first deliveries but the conditions imposed by the pandemic led to the postponement of the official launch on these markets’, said Horațiu Rada, CEO of Aur’a Mineral Water.

With the restart of the tourist season, the water from the Mountains of Banat will also be present in hotels and restaurants in Tenerife, as well as in Italy, where the official launch is prepared, given that a contract with an exclusive distributor has already been signed. Aur’a is also to be exported to Israel as a Kosher certified product.

Aur’a is already present on the markets of the USA, France and Great Britain, where it has been selling for the last months, with all the restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Aur’a is the only Romanian water awarded three gold stars in Brussels by the International Institute for Taste and Quality, in 2016 and 2017, the Superior Taste Award and the Crystal Taste Award in 2018, a distinction given to a limited number of products around the world. The recognition of the three stars came in 2019 and 2020, too.

Since 2016, Aur’a has also been the only water in Romania designated as a Trust Mark and strategic partner of the Union of Bilateral Chambers of Commerce in Romania. Since 2019, Aur’a has been part of the elite of waters globally promoted by the FINE WATER SOCIETY. Nationally and internationally, Aur’a Still and Aur’a Carbonated are products that boast Kosher Parve certification.

Aur’a Mineral Water company is located in Ocna de Fier commune in Caraș-Severin county and has 100% Romanian capital, being owned by Horațiu Rada and Eleodor Coptil, two businessmen from Timișoara. The investment is part of a 5 million Euro project.

Aur’a is a naturally alkaline water with a pH of 8.25 that contains colloids of gold and silver and is bottled exclusively in glass recipients.
