When the Kyoto climate change agreement was signed in 1998, renewable energy started to become more easily available to the UK general public. In 2006, Allen started working in the renewable energy sector. He could see the benefits, not only as a career, but also for customers and for the planet too. Seeing the opportunity to make a positive difference, Allen took time to gain more knowledge, skills and qualifications in the renewables industry and, after a short period of working for someone else in renewables, in 2011, he decided to seize the day. It was then that Allen started his own renewable energy company.

It is the simple formula of using naturally occurring energy, and taking it from a source that is not depleted when it is used.
