Bristol, PA – National Lift Equipment (nleq.com), a leading provider of not only used telehandlers for sale but also man lifts such as articulating boom lifts, straight boom lifts, towable boom lifts, scissor lifts, spider lifts, and much more. With the Covid disruption throughout the United States, the demand for used construction equipment has increased dramatically. From labor challenges, high steel prices, supply chain disruptions, electronic component shortages, high demand, and a slow rebound from 2020 the price and long lead times for new construction equipment has increased the demand for used construction equipment like never before.

Unlike many used construction sales companies, National Lift Equipment provides complete inspection reports and verification of working condition on all of its machines. On top of that customers can take advantage of the NLE Assured Warranty which covers parts and repairs. This warranty offers customers peace of mind that if anything goes wrong outside of normal wear and tear items, they have you covered. Few used construction equipment sales companies offer such a backing on their equipment.

Some people looking to purchase construction equipment take their chances at used equipment auctions. While purchasing at an auction can potentially yield a great deal on equipment it can also be the source of issues which can cost more if the equipment turns out to be faulty.

Mike Dougherty, president of National Lift Equipment said “Over a decade ago we really started to see a problem in the industry with buyers being very skeptical about purchasing used equipment. We wanted to offer our customers a better way to have peace of mind knowing that the equipment they were purchasing from us was going to last them for years to come”.

The used equipment industry has seen many changes over the years, however, the one thing that remains the same amongst most heavy machinery is the fact that equipment such as boom lifts and telehandlers do not change much as the technology needed to run them remains very simple. “National Lift Equipment prides itself on offering one of the largest selections of refurbished used equipment, this allows our customers to, in many cases, get a used machine that is just as good as a new machine at half the price of new” added Mike Dougherty, President.
