Millennial Services Partners With Great Wolf Lodge To Provide Inbound Call Center Services

Millennial Services is pleased to announce its partnership for outbound customer care and inbound call center services with Great Wolf Lodge. Millennial has partnered with Great Wolf to service customers to book new reservations or change an existing reservation at one of their 18 active lodge locations. Great Wolf just opened their most recent lodge in Scottsdale, Arizona, and the company is in the process of opening a new lodge in Manteca, California. Great Wolf has opened 7 new lodge locations since 2015.
Millennial’s efforts with inbound call center services are aimed at servicing customer calls during extended hours 6 days a week. They are also handling various service requests related to bookings, billing, and room upgrades, as well as assisting vacationers on booking one of Great Wolf’s various packages that best suits their families. The Millennial team interfaces directly with the Great Wolf team in the Madison customer care center to assist in servicing calls and tickets.
Millennial worked extensively to train on the entire Great Wolf platform to learn about the various destinations, entertainment options, and key lodge attractions available to guests. This training included more than a week of onsite training with four stakeholders from the Millennial team. With the new knowledge they gained from this training, Millennial developed a comprehensive online training course for onboarding new agents and providing effective inbound call center solutions. This course has cut training time in half for the Millennial staff members.
In addition, Millennial has been a key tool in driving additional revenue through the customer care center. These targets are achieved with lower queue times and call volume. In addition, the Millennial team also works on upselling previously-booked parties by letting them know about the additional inclusive and robust packages that are available to them. Millennial works directly with the Great Wolf team to execute a rigorous quality assurance program to customer care representatives, and to give continuous customer feedback and improve guest experiences.
