She graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a minor in Computer Information Systems.
Her education and life experiences afforded her the opportunity to work her way up from a Janitor to an HR Compensation Consultant. She worked with and on behalf of C-suite Executives and leaders for mid-level to Fortune 500 companies, including a Mortgage Company.
