Annapolis, United States - August 16, 2020 /PressCable/ —

Maryland Medicare Options today reflected on its offering of Medicare Supplement Medigap High Deductible Plan G in 2019, which was in development for two years ever since the announcement that Plan F will close to newly eligible Medicare recipients. The main aim was always to offer Seniors and Medicare eligible consumers a more affordable pricing structure without compromising critical coverage…. and by defying convention, this type of Medicare Supplement plan did so, with a difference.

Peter Palmiotto, Owner and Founder at Maryland Medicare Options, says: “We wanted to try something new with Medicare Supplement Plans, also known as Medigap insurance. Anyone familiar with the Medicare Insurance Plans in the Maryland market will probably have noticed how everyone else always seemed to only offer the highest priced plans in order to generate bigger profits. We felt this was a problem because it prohibits the consumer from seeing the widest range of Medicare options available and may place the consumer in a financially compromising position.”

So as a welcome breath of fresh air, a high-deductible Medicare Supplement Plan G gives Seniors the freedom and flexibility to better manage their incomes while retaining full Medicare insurance coverage. Maryland Medicare Options chose to make this move from an ethical and logical standpoint, focused on offering the best suited products to each individual customer..

Peter Palmiotto also said “We want to give our customers more Medicare insurance options, the customer can better assess exactly which product fits their budget and lifestyle the best. They can get started with a simple High-deductible Plan G for about $40 per month. With these high-deductible Medigap Plan G, they have a fresh new possibility. I want them to feel like they’ve made the right choice when using me as their guide. Offering something new is always a risk, but it’s a risk we believe is worth taking.”

Maryland Medicare Options has been in business for since 2011, being established in August 1, 2011. Since day one it has always aimed to to assist Seniors with selecting the perfect Medicare insurance supplement plans.

This isn’t the first time Maryland Medicare Options has defied convention either. Since their inception they caused a stir when they decided to focus only on Medicare insurance products, rather than a variety of ancillary insurance. This allowed them to be laser focused on Medicare insurance, all the nuances, rules and regulations that surround it, and become experts in their field.

High deductible Medicare Supplement Plans are now available throughout the state of Maryland through phone, fax, email and virtual meetings.
