Live on Kickstarter, the Tailgater is a solution for responsible collection debris and recyclables.

Saskatoon, Canada - September 2, 2019 /MarketersMedia/ —

The Tailgater, the revolutionary new bag holder that keeps tailgating areas clean so the party can keep going, is live on global crowdfunding platform Kickstarter and raising funds to bring the project to life.

Tailgating is one of the most fun parts of watching a football game, but unfortunately it isn’t one of the most environmentally friendly practices. As littered parking lots across the country prove, this age-old American tradition isn’t always the greenest of activities. For the good of these event space and the planet at large, the Tailgater helps to make cleanup easier and more convenient than ever.

“More and more recycling depots are opening up to answer the needs of sustainability, however, the bad thing is that they are contributing to the collection of oil-based, single-use plastic bags which cannot be recycled and end up in the local landfills,” says founder and CEO Harold Sokyrka. “The solution to this problem is simple: ‘Stop using plastic bags and switch to Poly'Cloth mesh bags with leak-proof bottoms and are easily sprayed down and reused hundreds of times.’”

The Tailgater OutBack model incorporates two core concepts— a removable portable metal table top for setting hot items down and as well as a convenient bag holder that offers a simple way to collect debris and recyclable bottles and cans. This makes the device very versatile, allowing users to have both a convenient extra surface that is quick and easy to set-up, as well as the ability to keep the tailgating area clean from accumulating debris at the site. In addition to tailgating, the Tailgater is an ultra versatile device that can be used year round making it the perfect companion on the patio, the garage, barbecues, motor homes, hiking, the beach, and more.

“In the 40 years that I have been inventing products, this is by far the most versatile, portable, multifunction devise offering not only a functional device for the collection of compostable, debris and for practical storage of recyclable items,” adds Sokyrka. “But more importantly, the use of the poly/cloth bags is an excellent alternative for using unnecessary oil-based, single-use plastic bags that are plugging up our landfills and threatening our precious environment.”
