Andrews, United States - February 24, 2023 /PressCable/ —

Katie Hornor, Founder and Visionary at The Flamingo Advantage, announces The Flamingo Biz Event, scheduled for Thursday, March 16 through Saturday, March 18. She has created this bi-annual event to work out many of the struggles business owners have in balancing the demands of their businesses with the demands of their personal lives and values. Event information may be found on the dedicated website: https://theflamingoadvantage.com/virtualevent.

Katie Hornor has witnessed these struggles while coaching business owners and has discovered that this effort is even greater for Christian entrepreneurs who wish to also live their faith. Many such entrepreneurs feel overwhelmed and are unsure how to take their businesses to the next level.

The Flamingo Biz Event provides answers and solutions to the challenges many Christian entrepreneurs have in achieving success while not sacrificing their faith, their family, and their other non-negotiables.

“I believe we were not created to blend in or be ordinary and that your message matters,” says Katie Hornor. “That’s why I decided to create this online event specifically for Christian entrepreneurs. We start off the event with an in-depth discussion of how successful stewardship makes for successful businesses and move on to solid actions attendees can take to scale their businesses and view their work as worship.”

Attendance at the three-day event, which will be held online, is an investment of just $97. Tickets include:

DAY ONE: How Successful Stewardship Makes for Successful Businesses

· Creating an effective stewardship mindset - rather than managing - time, priority tasks, and clear goals based on the God-given vision.

· Overcoming self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and negative thoughts to reach full potential

· Balancing, rather than blending, personal and business responsibilities for optimal success

DAY TWO: Sales as a Sacred Duty Mindset is Life Changing

· Navigating strategies for finding direction and making decisions confidently

· Creating a marketing plan that aligns with faith and values

· Attracting and retaining customers while staying true to beliefs

DAY 3: Serving Clients Instead of Selling

· Answering objections in a way that adds value to a sales discussion

· Identifying the main blocks of an owner’s "special advantage" and packaging it in an irresistible program

“One of the things that sets The Flamingo Biz Event apart from other events is that we will provide concrete next steps to help attendees put a plan in place for the next 90 days,” says Katie Hornor. “I think that providing tangible actions after a learning experience is one of the reasons we have gotten so many amazing testimonials from attendees of our previous events.”

As Melissa said, “Katie's event brought me complete clarity. I've taken other courses, but this has been the total package.”

“Before my husband Tap and I founded our business, we were barely surviving month-to-month on ministry donations,” says Katie Hornor. “Now, we’re running a multiple six-figure coaching and consulting company. I believe other Christian entrepreneurs can do that too!”

The event will provide Christian business owners with practical strategies and tools to improve their ability to steward (rather than manage) time, overcome self-doubt and limiting beliefs, and learn to effectively market and sell products or services to attract and retain customers.

Katie Hornor’s goals for The Flamingo Biz Event are to provide attendees with a clearer direction, renewed confidence, and better understanding of the key elements needed to achieve success that honors your core values, as well as clarity on how to bring all the pieces together for a business that is both sustainable and scalable.

The US has $100 billion to break China’s rare-earth grip. Can it stop Beijing from holding America’s supply chain hostage?

The United States can access up to $100 billion in loans for developing its critical minerals industry. India's edible oil imports fell by 7 percent in September, totaling 15.44 lakh tonnes. The decline was attributed to a sharp decrease in crude sunflower oil shipments, which dropped significantly. However, total edible oil imports increased by 3 percent for the first eleven months of the oil year. Refined oil imports saw a notable decline, while crude edible oil imports rose substantially during the same period.
