Cooper University Health Care and Inspira Health Network have formed a joint venture to completely integrate cardiac services. The combination of the two systems' complementary heart services makes Cooper and Inspira Cardiac Care the largest cardiac program in South Jersey.

Educated in India, Dr. Padder graduated with his Medical Degree from the University of Kashmir Government Medical College. He then relocated to the United States, performing his internship and residency in cardiology at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Dedicated to his field, the doctor is board certified in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
