FTDFlow Introduces New Technology Platform for iGaming Industry

Oct 8, 2026

Montréal, QC, October 8, 2026 -- Sportsbook operators can buy defined FTD targets and add retention campaigns, with refund protection on acquisition shortfalls.

FTDFlow has introduced an(innovative, new) iGaming player acquisition and retention platform that lets sportsbook operators purchase defined first-time depositor targets with refund protection if delivery falls short. The service combines campaign planning, traffic distribution, and performance reporting in one account, with separate options for acquiring new players and encouraging repeat deposits.

This (unique) model is designed for acquisition managers, affiliate teams and agencies that need defined player volumes without coordinating every publisher relationship themselves. Buyers choose their campaign plans, markets, and volumes, while FTDFlow manages distribution against the selected qualification rules and delivery terms.

How the FTD delivery guarantee works

An FTD, or first-time depositor, counts toward fulfilment when the player meets the selected plan's deposit and qualification requirements. This defines the result being purchased before the campaign is funded.

If a campaign reaches the end of its agreed delivery window below its FTD target, the customer can request a refund for the verified undelivered portion or continue promotion at no extra cost. Under FTDFlow's published policy, approved refunds are returned to the customer's FTDFlow account balance, subject to the agreed campaign terms.

For example, a campaign that contracts 50 FTDs and records 43 qualifying results has a shortfall of seven. The refund calculation covers those seven undelivered results at the applicable campaign rate after the latest delivery figures are reviewed, rather than refunding the entire campaign.

Acquisition and retention campaign options

The acquisition catalogue includes Standard FTD, Qualified FTD, Qualified FTD with a second-deposit guarantee, and High Value campaigns. Each plan specifies its qualification requirements and target. Plans with a second-deposit obligation require both the FTD target and the stated repeat-deposit requirement to be met for completion.

Repeat-depositor retargeting is available for players acquired through earlier FTDFlow campaigns. These fixed-term retention campaigns are separate from new-player acquisition, allowing teams to assess repeat-deposit activity without counting returning players as new FTDs. Available plans and their specific terms are shown before purchase.

Multiple markets, one campaign

Clients can combine selected plans and markets in one campaign while each market retains its own target and price. FTDFlow currently lists more than 10 supported markets. The public campaign builder displays the configuration and quote before buyers provide contact details or make payment.

Distribution draws on search, publisher, social, in-app and community channels matched to the selected plan. Before delivery begins, the team reviews the brand's website, registration journey and deposit options. Campaign-specific attribution through the operator's affiliate account then provides a shared reference for checking results.

A shared view for acquisition teams and agencies

The Account Portal brings together registrations, qualifying FTDs, second deposits and conversion rates by campaign and market. Agencies can manage multiple brands within one account, with acquisition and retention reporting kept distinct. The aim is to make it easier to see what was purchased, what has been generated and what remains against each target.

Operators and agencies can review the current plans, supported markets and campaign quote at ftdflow.com/build-campaign.

Flavio Bolsonaro says he would work with China and US as Brazil’s president

Flavio Bolsonaro said he would work with the US and China if he becomes Brazil’s president, after a surprise election performance left him poised to join a wave of conservative leaders pushing Latin America closer to Washington. “I’m not going to pick sides,” Bolsonaro said at an event in Brasilia on Thursday. “My side will be the Brazilian people, whether we’re dealing with China, Israel, the Middle East, Argentina or India. It doesn’t matter. That’s how I’m going to govern.” Bolsonaro finished...

China breakthrough projected to push sustainable jet fuel gross profit margin past 50%

Chinese researchers have developed a catalyst that converts synthesis gas into sustainable jet fuel – an advance that could boost production, help meet net-zero carbon goals and yield a gross profit margin above 50 per cent. The team verified the efficacy of the chemical catalyst in a thousand-tonne pilot test and found that combining woody biomass-derived synthesis gas, or syngas, with the cobalt-manganese catalyst enabled the “highly efficient synthesis of jet fuel”. Based on a techno-economic...

Hong Kong rejects US downgrade to lowest tier in human trafficking report

The United States has downgraded Hong Kong to the lowest tier in its annual human trafficking report, citing shortcomings in prosecutions and victim identification, an assessment the city’s government rejected as “entirely unfounded”. The US State Department’s 2026 Trafficking in Persons (TIP) Report, released on Thursday, moved Hong Kong from the Tier 2 Watch List, where it had been listed for two consecutive years, to Tier 3. That places the city alongside mainland China and Macau among 20...
