Just because Black Friday and Cyber Monday are over, that doesn't mean local business owners should let up their guard. An expert talks about the steps they need to take now to ensure they get their share of holiday traffic.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday are over, but one expert says that local business owners should not let their guard down when it comes to bringing in new business.
