Enstrapp IT Solutions has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd of Malaysia on 19th August 2022 in the presence of the dignitaries, Hon'ble Ir Ts Mohd Yaakob HJ Jaafar, Chief Executive Offer of SESB, Hon'ble Hjh. Zunaidah Osman, SESB Company Secretary, Hon'ble Mr. Ismail Chakima, Chief Information Officer.
This MoU was signed by Mr. Ir Ts Mohd Yaakob HJ Jaafar, CEO of SESB, and Mr. Srinadh Varma, Co-founder and Global CRO of Enstrapp IT Solutions (Also called Grey Matter Solutions LLC in North America & Canada markets). The signing was witnessed by Mr. Saidin, head of Enterprise Resource Planning SAP Technical, Mr. Banjamin Tan, head of Enterprise Resource Planning Functional SAP, and Mr. Vincent Chua, Director of Enstrapp's Malaysia business.
Mr. Kamal H Shaik, Co-founder and CEO of Enstrapp IT Solutions, and Mr. Supreeth, Co-founder of Grey Matter Solutions LLC, USA have joined this ceremony virtually.
The objective is to support and augment the "Digitalisation" programme by increasing the innovation and technology prowess of Enstrapp. The activities include creating a roadmap for Innovation, identifying and plugging technology gaps, implementing identified initiatives, and working with various stakeholders in different departments, Finance, Procurement, Asset Maintenance, Quality, Health & Safety, Customer Service, and Human Resources.
The MoU was signed to support SESB's vision to become a sustainable innovative world-class utility, by enhancing competitiveness in all areas by launching the Digital-Wave framework of Enstrapp, Digital-Wave covers SAP S/4HANA, Industrial Mobility (Enterprise Mobility Applications), Automation (Hyper RPA and IIOT), Platform Optimisation (Digital-Twins & DevOps), Data Security and Analytics, to increase the utilisation of the existing tech resources, reap the right benefits, increase end-user and customer experience. This MoU also covers co-innovation, empowering SESB's IT team, and broadening Enstrapp's product reach within the near geography, together.
