The community development arm of World Mission Agency - Winners Chapel International has launched a new volunteer committee in Dartford, UK, for community initiatives.

Known as Winners in the Community, the charitable initiative is now investing in Dartford community programs like food banks, skills development courses, environmental improvement initiatives and poverty aid donation funds. The Dartford branch of Winners in the Community coincides with the ongoing cost-of-living crisis in the United Kingdom. With inflation at over 10%, the organisation knows that many vulnerable community members have to make the difficult choice between feeding their families, paying their electricity bills, or filling their cars with fuel.
The charitable agency also understands that many systemic structural forces lead to poverty, isolation and suffering in communities across the UK, like Dartford. As such, their programs utilise a holistic approach to tackle these issues and show how a community can bond to empower itself and change its outcomes for the better.
