Naomi Assaraf, founder and chief marketing officer of cloudHQ, says, “We’re excited to announce that we are releasing the Multi Email Forward extension this week. It will allow you to forward as many emails as you want with just one click. For instance, you can use it to migrate or transfer your entire email account to another one. With the Premium plan, you can do this in just seconds, regardless of how many emails you have in your current account.”

An important benefit of the new Gmail tool is that there is no need to have a laptop or PC running. The user can simply close the PC or laptop after clicking on “forward.” This is because it makes use of cloud computing technology. It will perform its tasks in the cloud, forwarding the emails without any delay.

Meanwhile, it also has a multi forward dashboard where the user can browse through a record of all the forwarded emails. It allows the user to check on the forwarded emails in just one place. And because everything is performed in the cloud, it is the ideal solution for Chromebook users, as there is no need to download anything.

The new Multi Email Forward extension is available as a free plan and as a Premium plan. For the free plan, the user can forward up to 50 emails a day, while on the Premium plan, the number of emails that can be forwarded is unlimited, thus allowing the user to migrate his or her whole email account to another one. The Premium plan also provides phone and email customer service support.

One important application of the Multi Email Forwarding extension is in the process of onboarding a new employee. It provides a fast and easy way to share knowledge to new employees. Using this product, a project leader or HR manager can easily forward all emails related to a particular project to new employees, preparing them for their new tasks with just one click.

Another popular application is to use it to only forward email receipts to the HR or accounting department. Using Multi Email Forwarding, users just need to search for all receipts, select them, and then click on Send. The same principle can be used when forwarding emails to the user’s lawyer.

It can also be used for CRM systems that are capable of automatically processing emails and attaching them to the appropriate records. Users simply search for the relevant emails in their Gmail account, select them, and click on Send.

Meanwhile, some note taking systems will automatically create notes from emails, and Multi Email Forwarding can be used to forward emails to such systems, like Evernote, OneNote, and more.

The company cloudHQ is a provider of Gmail productivity tools. It has already developed several such free tools. Aside from Multi Email Forward, these include the Sync and Migrate to Google G Suite; Save Emails to PDF; Gmail Label Sharing; Gmail Email Templates; Free Email Tracking; Auto BCC for Gmail; Meeting Scheduler for Gmail; MailKing, which allows users to create and send an email campaign from their Gmail accounts; Gmail Auto Follow Up; Gmail SMS & Text Alerts; Schedule Email; Free Email Tracking Blocker; Save Emails to Dropbox; Save Emails to Google Drive; Save Emails to OneDrive; Send Email to SMS; Gmail Time Tracker; Gmail Email Links; Rename Email Subjects; Video Email for Gmail; Screencast Recording; Gmail Notes; and more.
