Mar 13, 2023

Santa Barbara, United States - March 13, 2023 /PressCable/ —
The recently expanded platform has gained prominence as an alternative to browsers like Brave and DuckDuckGo - but with the rise of ChatGPT, there is fresh concern over liberal bias in AI tools. Several news outlets have reported that these platforms generate text with a left-wing focus.

In a time when censorship is a growing concern, the updated TUSK platform offers a new way for conservatives to access news and information that aligns with their political views.
While ChatGPT has broken records for becoming the fastest platform to reach 100 million users, there are several concerns over the content it creates, explains the TUSK team. With a perceived liberal bias impacting search results on so many popular sites, TUSK aims to fight back against censorship.
The browser prioritizes freedom and uncensored news, allowing users to choose the media outlets they trust, and providing a personalized news feed that is tailored to their interests. TUSK also emphasizes security by automatically forcing sites to use HTTPS connections when available.
The team is working on innovating its own search engine, which focuses on freedom of choice and is designed to showcase results without filtering or censorship. This is integrated into the browser and allows an all-in-one freedom-focused solution for conservatives and centrists.
Available on both the Android and Apple App Store, in addition to Windows and macOS, the platform was founded by Jeff Bermant. He is a self-described patriot who is passionate about the United States and has 13 years of experience in the field of browser development.
One of the key features of TUSK is its proprietary feed rank and sort system, which ensures users see the most popular and relevant stories. Additionally, TUSK does not require an account, allowing users to browse the news privately.
The web browser offers advanced features for bookmarks and tabs management, including the ability to import bookmarks and settings. It supports most Chrome extensions, making it a versatile option for users. The platform also includes a built-in password manager and automatic updates, creating a convenient and secure choice for browsing the web.
A spokesperson states: "With the belief in free speech and individual liberty for all, we are on a mission to protect a free and open internet, starting with a web browser, news feed, and search."

Is China a Russia-allied Arctic threat to Europe or a potential polar partner?

That was the assessment of Chinese analysts following the release of the European Union’s Arctic policy on Tuesday. In addition to identifying Russia as its main threat, the policy warns of Beijing’s growing strategic ambitions in the European Arctic through its deepening alignment with Moscow. “With our new...

China’s offshore tax crackdown could inadvertently fuel a digital dollar boom
From October 22, China’s grace period for the disclosure and settlement of certain offshore-trust tax liabilities ends. For the Chinese government, this deadline highlights its desire to affirm control over capital outflows, while for Chinese high-net-worth families, it serves as a reminder that it is now harder to keep international assets beyond the reach of the government. The deadline sits against the backdrop of China tightening scrutiny around cryptocurrency, stablecoins and real-world...
